Return & Exchange Policy

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your watch. To be eligible, the watch must be in like-new condition and include all original packaging. A proof of purchase, such as your order number or confirmation email, is required.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item arrives defective or damaged. Defective items will be replaced at no cost, including return shipping. Exchanges for non-defective items are allowed; customers cover return shipping and any price difference for the replacement item.

Once we receive and inspect the returned watch, we will issue a refund to the original payment method or process the exchange. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing after the return arrives.

Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted for items that are used or damaged for reasons not caused by a manufacturer defect.
